Are you passionate about electric vehicles and eager to gain real-world experience in battery manufacturing? Join our Battery Industrialization team in Delhi for a transformative 6-month internship, where you will play an integral role in optimizing and setting up battery module and pack assembly lines for the fast-evolving EV sector.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with Line Layouts & Process Flows: Help design optimal line layouts and create process flow diagrams that drive efficient battery production.
• Analyze & Optimize: Support space utilization, conduct takt time studies, and perform station-level mapping to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Hands-on Equipment Trials: Participate in equipment trials—including welding, torqueing, and testing machines—to ensure robust and reliable assembly processes.
• Pilot Builds & Quality Checks: Contribute to pilot build phases, establish quality checkpoints, and participate in validation setups to ensure top product standards.
• Lean Manufacturing Initiatives: Take part in lean manufacturing and process improvement projects, learning proven industry methodologies.
• Documentation & Records: Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FMEA inputs, and maintain accurate validation records.

What We’re Looking For

• Academic Background: 3rd-year engineering students interested in EV systems or modern manufacturing processes.
• Technical Skills: Working familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks, and solid command of Excel and PowerPoint for daily tasks.
• Personal Attributes: Effective communicator with a curious mindset and strong problem-solving skills, ready to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment.
