Role Overview

We are seeking a Management Trainee to support and manage client accounts, optimize paid media campaigns, and drive strategic initiatives in digital marketing. You will work closely with media activation teams, ad platforms, and internal stakeholders to enhance campaign performance and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Understand client goals, create strategies, and guide media teams to implement campaigns.
✅ Provide recommendations on campaign structuring, targeting, creatives, and platform features.
✅ Research and experiment with new ad features across Google, Bing, and social platforms.
✅ Design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for innovative marketing solutions.
✅ Maintain partnerships with ad platforms and vendors.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and innovation.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends and present solutions at major industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education: Engineering Graduate from Tier 1 Institutes.
🎯 Passion for Digital Marketing & Paid Media Campaigns (Web & App Ecosystem).
📊 Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data, numbers, and campaign metrics.
💡 Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify trends and drive strategic solutions.
💬 Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive, collaborative, and articulate.
📈 Technical Proficiency:

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads.
  • Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
